So I called this company last night to help me get out of a bind since I accidentally locked my keys in my trunk. This mind you was at 6pm. The gentlemen that answered already sounded like he couldn't care less...he tells me he has 6 drivers around and that one will call me when they will be on their way to come help. Forward to 730 am the next morning and still haven't recieved not even a phone call back. I dont write reviews but I'd hate for this to happen to someone else that may be in more desperate situation. I would recommend the company keyme right up the street in Little Ferry. Much more professional and caring. Hope this helps someone else from being disappointed.

Randevum 17:00'ye planlanmıştı. Farklı zamanlarda beni arayan iki farklı teknisyen vardı ve süreyi uzatmak istediler. Her zaman “yolda” olduklarını söylediler. Gelmek istedikleri son zaman 21:00'di. Söylemeye gerek yok, onlarla randevumu iptal ettim. Bu şirketi ASLA tavsiye etmeyeceğim. Hem ofisten hem de nerede oldukları hakkında yalan söyleyen çalışanlardan profesyonellik ve iletişim becerileri eksikti. Bu şirketi asla kullanmayın çünkü uygun bir zaman diliminde asla gelmeyecekleri yüksek bir olasılık var.

I honestly doubted their emergency service coz of a few horrible past experiences. Even though I was skeptical, the Boston locksmith was the only company that picked my call at 3 am and agreed to send a technician. As soon as I confirmed, the professional came and rescued me from the badly jammed doors of the store. Fine help.
